1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter "User", "You", or "Player") and ole77 (hereinafter "we", "us", "our", "the Platform", or "the Operator") governing your access to and use of the ole77 website located at https://ole77.cam and all associated services, games, applications, and content (collectively, the "Services").

By creating an account, accessing the Platform, placing bets, playing games, or using any Services offered by ole77, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, as well as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policies, which are incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using our Services and close your account.

2. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Deposit" means funds transferred by you to your ole77 Account through approved payment methods for the purpose of placing bets or playing games.
• "Withdrawal" means funds transferred from your ole77 Account balance to your designated bank account or payment method upon your request.
• "Bonus" means promotional funds, free bets, free spins, or other incentives credited to your Account by ole77, subject to specific terms and wagering requirements.
• "Bet" means a wager placed on sports events, casino games, lottery draws, or other gaming products offered on the Platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification procedures requiring submission of identity documents to verify your age, identity, and residential address.
• "IDR" or "Rp" means Indonesian Rupiah, the primary currency for transactions on ole77.

3. Eligibility and Account Registration

3.1 Age and Jurisdiction Requirements

You must meet all of the following eligibility requirements to register for and use an ole77 Account:

• You must be at least 21 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
• You must be a resident of Indonesia or a jurisdiction where online gambling is not expressly prohibited by law.
• You must not be located in a jurisdiction where access to online gambling services is restricted or prohibited.
• You must not be a resident or citizen of countries where ole77 does not offer services, including but not limited to the United States, United Kingdom, France, Netherlands, and other restricted territories as determined by the Operator.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register or prohibited from gambling under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not be acting on behalf of a third party or allowing any third party to use your Account.

ole77 strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement. Any User found to have provided false age information or used a falsified identity document will have their Account permanently suspended, all funds forfeited, and may face legal action.

3.2 Account Registration Process

To create an Account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, mobile phone number, and preferred currency (Indonesian Rupiah). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and are fully responsible for all activities conducted through your Account, whether authorized by you or not.

Each User is permitted to hold only one (1) Account with ole77. Creating multiple accounts (duplicate accounts) is strictly prohibited and will result in suspension of all accounts, forfeiture of balances, and cancellation of all pending withdrawals. If we detect multiple accounts associated with the same User through IP address, device fingerprinting, payment method, or other identifying information, we reserve the right to close all such accounts.

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

Before your first withdrawal, ole77 requires completion of KYC verification procedures to comply with anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and international gaming license requirements. You must submit the following documents:

• National Identity Card (KTP): A clear, legible photo or scan of your valid Indonesian National ID card (KTP). All text must be readable, and the document must not be expired.
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or government-issued document dated within the last three months showing your residential address.
• Selfie Verification: A clear photograph of yourself holding your National ID card next to your face, ensuring both your face and the ID are clearly visible.

KYC verification typically processes within 1 to 24 hours. During verification, you may deposit and play, but withdrawals will be held until verification is complete. Failure to complete KYC verification within 30 days may result in Account suspension.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

ole77 accepts deposits via Indonesian banks including BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, and Bank Permata, as well as e-wallets including OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. The minimum deposit is Rp 50,000. There is no maximum deposit limit, but individual transactions may be subject to payment provider limits. Deposits are processed instantly and appear in your Account balance within minutes.

You agree that all funds deposited belong to you and originate from legitimate sources. Deposits made using stolen credit cards, fraudulent payment methods, or funds obtained through illegal activity will result in immediate Account termination and reporting to relevant authorities.

4.2 Withdrawal Process and Requirements

Withdrawals may be requested once your Account has completed KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000, and the maximum withdrawal per transaction is Rp 50,000,000. You may request multiple withdrawals per day, subject to daily cumulative limits as determined by the Operator.

Withdrawal processing times vary based on the payment method selected and banking hours. Bank transfers to BCA, BRI, BNI, and Mandiri typically process within 15 minutes to 24 hours during banking hours (Monday-Friday, 08:00-16:00 WIB). Withdrawals requested outside banking hours will be processed on the next business day. E-wallet withdrawals process within 1 to 6 hours.

ole77 reserves the right to request additional identity verification, conduct security checks, or delay withdrawals if we suspect fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or violations of these Terms. In such cases, withdrawals may be held for up to 14 days pending investigation.

4.3 Withdrawal to Original Payment Method

Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, where technically feasible, to comply with anti-money laundering regulations. If you deposited via BCA bank transfer, withdrawals must be made to your registered BCA account. If the original payment method is no longer available or withdrawal to that method is not supported, you must contact customer support to arrange an alternative withdrawal method.

5. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

5.1 Bonus Terms

ole77 may offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback, or other promotional incentives (collectively, "Bonuses") to Users at its sole discretion. All Bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, maximum bet limits, game restrictions, and expiration dates, which will be clearly stated in the promotional terms for each Bonus.

Bonuses are not withdrawable themselves; only winnings generated from Bonus funds after meeting wagering requirements may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements specify how many times you must bet the Bonus amount (or Bonus plus deposit amount) before withdrawal is permitted. For example, a Rp 100,000 Bonus with a 30x wagering requirement requires Rp 3,000,000 in total bets before withdrawal.

5.2 Game Contribution to Wagering

Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while table games such as blackjack, roulette, and baccarat contribute 10-20%. Sports betting contributions vary by market and odds. Full contribution percentages are specified in each Bonus's terms.

5.3 Bonus Abuse and Forfeiture

ole77 strictly prohibits Bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim duplicate bonuses, collusion between players, betting on low-risk outcomes to meet wagering requirements (e.g., betting on both red and black in roulette), or any other strategy designed to circumvent wagering requirements. Users found engaging in Bonus abuse will have all Bonuses and associated winnings forfeited, and their Account may be suspended or permanently closed.

6. Sports Betting Rules

6.1 Bet Acceptance and Settlement

All sports bets placed on ole77 are subject to acceptance by the Operator. We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet at our sole discretion, particularly in cases of obvious pricing errors, technical malfunctions, or suspected fraudulent activity. Bets are settled based on official results as determined by the relevant sports governing body or official statistics provider.

For football matches (including BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Champions League, and other competitions), bets are settled based on the result at the end of regular time (90 minutes plus stoppage time) unless otherwise specified. Extra time and penalty shootouts do not count toward bet settlement unless explicitly stated in the market description.

6.2 Abandoned or Postponed Events

If a sports event is abandoned, cancelled, or postponed, bet settlement depends on the specific circumstances and sport-specific rules. Generally, if a football match is abandoned before 80 minutes of play, all bets are voided and stakes returned. If abandoned after 80 minutes, bets stand based on the score at abandonment. Postponed events remain valid for 48 hours; if not completed within that timeframe, bets are voided.

6.3 Asian Handicap and Special Markets

Asian handicap betting, a popular format among Indonesian players, follows standard industry rules. Quarter-ball handicaps (e.g., -0.25, -0.75) split stakes across two full-ball handicaps. 7. Casino and Slot Games

10. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ole77 and will result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of all funds:

• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age or located in a restricted jurisdiction.
• Creating multiple accounts or allowing third parties to use your Account.
• Using VPNs, proxies, or other tools to mask your true location.
• Colluding with other players or engaging in any form of cheating or fraud.
• Using bots, automated software, or other artificial means to place bets or play games.
• Depositing funds from stolen payment methods or funds obtained through illegal activity.
• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack any part of the Platform.
• Abusing bonuses or exploiting system errors or technical glitches.
• Engaging in money laundering or other financial crimes.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing customer support staff or other players.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ole77 and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the Services.
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your Account or data.
• Technical errors, system downtime, or interruptions in service.
• Errors or inaccuracies in odds, results, or payout calculations.
• Loss of funds due to forgotten login credentials or failure to secure your Account.
• Actions or conduct of any third party, including payment processors or game providers.

Our maximum aggregate liability for any claims arising from or relating to your use of ole77 shall not exceed the total amount you deposited into your Account during the six months immediately preceding the claim.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ole77 holds its gaming license, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with international arbitration rules.

You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against ole77. All disputes must be brought on an individual basis only.

13. Account Closure and Termination

You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, you must withdraw all remaining funds. If your Account balance is zero, closure is immediate.

ole77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account at any time, with or without cause, including but not limited to violations of these Terms, fraudulent activity, abuse of bonuses, or if we determine your activity poses a risk to the Platform or other users. In the event of Account closure by ole77, we will return any remaining funds in your Account balance, minus any amounts owed to us, after deducting applicable fees and charges.
